We believe everyone deserves a decent place to call home. North Platte Area Habitat for Humanity partners with families in our community to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

Since our founding, we've worked alongside hardworking individuals and families — people who simply need a hand up, not a handout — to make the dream of owning a home a reality right here in North Platte. Partner families contribute hundreds of hours of "sweat equity" alongside volunteers and donors, and they purchase their homes with affordable mortgages that stay in our community.

Every dollar given to Habitat stays local. Funds support land acquisition, construction materials, and our mortgage program, which helps families build equity and break the cycle of poverty, one home at a time.
