The Sutherland Public Schools Foundation's main objectives include: - Capital improvements - Scholarships - Cutting-Edge Technology - New Program/Professional Development Your dollars could fund projects that are just over the horizon such as computer lab upgrades, or the money might be used on a longer voyage such as the replacement of the track. This fund is administered by Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation.

The future of your community is anchored in the school's success. The summer of 2009, a group of citizens began meeting to find an easier way for private donors to financially support the school. A non-profit foundation gives donors tax advantages and gives the school budget advantages. But we're missing part of our crew. YOU.

A bad economy can hit a school like a tidal wave. Programs are scaled back or cut. Improvements go on the back burner. You can help Sutherland Public Schools weather the storm. While core programs are covered in the school's budget, your contributions to the Foundation will help bonus programs stay afloat. Even when it's smooth-sailing, your dollars may add "bells and whistles" to some "bare bones" projects.
